Storage Limitations

Made in Winter for cold weather consumption, therefore:

-DO NOT allow the product to catch the sunlight in Singapore or to be in temperatures above 23 degrees.

-If product is taken out of fridge / cool storage, please consume immediately.

-Temperatures in Singapore range from 26 to 36 and this is harmful to this delicate premium winter chocolate.

-Please do not leave chocolate outside of fridge as this will damage the quality of the product.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can't I leave the chocolate in air con if the air con is set at 16 and running the whole day?

A: When set to 16, the air-con will work hard to bring the room temperature down to 16. However, in most cases, it is unable to reach 16 and will spend the whole day on "high fan" mode trying its best to do so. In the end, the room will probably still be 23 degrees or higher. You may leave the product in an air con room if an actual thermometer shows a room temperature of 22 or lower. The "set temperature" of the air-con unit is NOT the "room temperature". (However, some models may come with both - an actual room temperature & a set temperature display)

Q: Why is there a registered mail option? How can you send chocolates by registered mail?

A: We cannot and will not send the chocolates by registered mail. Please read the "note" and "promotion" sections below.

Note

Your phone number is required for delivery so that we may transfer the product to you without delays (waiting outside your door/gate in the hot weather will reduce the quality of the product).

Please indicate your phone number to us in the comments sections of the payment page.

Also, product cannot be sent by Normal/Registered Mail and it cannot be delivered by Normal Couriers as the product may melt before reaching you. We can only send it by "cool" couriers that ensure the product stays in air con conditions until it reaches you.

"Cool" courier shipping fees are high so if you are below 21 (Year only - aft. 1992) or a full-time student, you may select "Registered Mail" in the option and we will still send it by "cool" courier but you only pay Registered Mail rates. (Please present matching student ID / Passport / NRIC upon delivery or you will have to pay the difference upon delivery in cash & exact amount only. No change will be provided for not having proof of age/student. EZ-Links with any stickers etc. covering the face and therefore cannot be matched to you will not be accepted.)
