We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered items if you choose non-registered mail.

If lost, no refund and resend of items is eligible.

We strongly recommend that you used Registered Mail. We will provide you with a tracking number for tracking online immediately after the goods are posted. You will received your order in about 2-3 business days after posting out.

All items are checked before posting in working condition. In the event of any faulty or exchange, buyer will bear the postage fee for the returned items. Replacement will only be send after receiving the returned items. Pls email us with your order number before returning any items.
