NOTE BEFORE USE

1, The computer comes with the burning software, the burning function is not complete, there will be burned unsuccessful situation, it is recommended to use NERO burning software.

2, If you can not connect to 3 separate laptops, the disc or cable is faulty. This problem may be the machine or cable problems, it is recommended to contact us to replace.

3, If the computer can not be identified, the computer may not have the USB3.0 driver. It is recommended to re-install USB3.0 driver. If no icon appeared anywhere on your Mac screen or in the finder, please open the Finder ＞Go to Preferences ＞In the General part, tick and select the "external disk" "CD and DVD".

4, If this drive played CDs but wouldn't play DVDs, please kindly check if your device has media player installed before. If not, please download a free player such as VLC media player for watching DVDs.

5, Applies to Apple laptops, desktops and PC, but not suitable for all tablets.
