**As the product is mass produced by factory environment, there may be some plastic smell. The smell is actually due to the factory mass production and after packing, all sealed within factory premises.

Tips to get rid of the smell by doing the few suggestions-

1. First, rinse the empty containers with cool water since hot can set in the plastic smell.
Next, fill the containers with warm water and add one tablespoon of baking soda. Close it & let it sit overnight. This should help.

2. Or you can put the used teabag into the bottle and let it sit overnight, it should be gone by next day.
