Directions
Directions: Sort and rinse. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup wheat to a boil. Reduce & simmer, covered, for 1-1 1/2 hours, or until grain is tender. Suggested Uses:
Grind into a high protein flour ideal for breads & other yeast-risen baked goods.
Sub for other grains in a salads, & pilafs.
