Confirmation of Orders
Qoo10.sg will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer upon successful submission of the electronic order.
If items ordered is unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Cancel/Refund
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
We shall not honour any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
As item measurements are stated clearly on the listing, customers are advised to purchase the size which best fits them.
Adminstration fee of $5 will be incurred for any size exchange.
Exchange and Return of Wrong items Delivered
All items sold are NON REFUNDABLE unless defective/wrong items mailed or paid item is out of stock.
We will inspect items before posting out. Please notify us via email of the defective/wrong items delivered to you within 3 days of receipt.
Customers need to send the products back to us before we ship out the replacement. Please use the shipping option with the tracking features like Singpost Registered Articles/Speedpost, Ta-Q-Bin, DPEX courier; we will not responsible for any lost mail for non-tracking shipping option
Customers are resposible for the shipping costs for the return of goods under any circumstances.
We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels due to below reasons:
1. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.
2. Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched;
3. Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your clothing);
4. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);
5. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
6. Any damage caused by the inproper care of the product after purchased.
7. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
8. Slight discolouration of graphic print on tee-shirts
9. Small washable stains, fixable loose threads, minor colour differences and creases are not considered defects
All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page.
All request for defective exchange must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 1 week from date of dispatch of your order.
We do not accept second exchange request. For dispute, the original version of policy shall serve the ultimate policy for the exchange & refund.
