Geriatric Pharmaton : For the prophylaxis of aged infirmities, retarded convalescence, vitamin-mineral deficiencies.

Multivitamins, Minerals, Ginseng Extract G115 and Lecithin.

Indications :

For states of exhausing (e.g. caused by stress), tiredness, feeling of weakness, decreasing concentration as well as decreasing mental alertness.

For ill-balanced or deficient nutrition e.g. in the elderly or due to dietary preference, loss of appetite, anorexia and debility due to acute or chronic illness including surgery and convalescence.

 

Administration and Dosage : Adult 1 Capsule per day,

General : Product to be taken with food, preferably at breakfast. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. There are no special dosage recommendations for the elderly.

 

Information for diabetics : This product contains 308 mg of cabohydrates per dose of 1 capsule.

 

Contraindications : General, in case of rare hereditary conditions that may be incompatible with an excipient of the product, the use of the product is contraindicated.

 

GERIATRIC PHARMATON

Disturbances of calcium metabolism (e.g. hypercalcaemia and hypercalciuria)

Hypervitaminosis A or D

Renal insufficiency

During therapy with retinoids (e.g. against acne)

During therapy with Vitamin D

Known hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the product.

History of allergy to soya or peanuts.

 

Special warnings and precautions : This product contains 26 mg of lactose per maximum recommended daily dose. Patients with the rare hereditary condition of galactose intolerance, i.e, galactosaemia, should not take this medicine.
