How to use:
1. Clip sensor unit on cloth or pole with your own clothespin, before putting it outdoor.
2. Hang the alarm unit near your window grill (the alarm unit is not waterproof).
3. Put bamboo pole outside, then switch on alarm.
IMPORTANT:
Do not stretch yourself to clip the rain sensor after putting the pole outdoor, it may be dangerous to you.
4. Switch off power, after alarm starts to sound/ after retriving the clothing.
5. Wipe clean rain water form sensor pad with dry cloth/paper.
6. Keep the alarm sensor at dry places for next usage.

Disclaimer:
The sensor needs a few drops of rainwater to activate the alarm, it will not prevent the clothes from any raindrops, but it acts as a alarm to alert user --- for them to keep the clotches.
In practical use, it will prevent your clothes from becoming damp wet as it gives you very early alert, when rain is coming.
