Our trekking poles come in two sizes; 100 cm which extends from 100 to 120 cm (39 to 47 inches), and 120 cm which extends from 115 to 135 cm (45 - 53 inches).

To be completely sure which length is right for you, we recommend performing the following measurement: Stand with your elbow at a 90 degree angle and measure the vertical distance from the floor to the top of your hand. This will be the ideal trekking pole length for you.
