The Philippines'' tropical climate and mineral rich island soils produce beautiful coconut flowers that become our coconut aminos. We age and ferment our coconut nectar, instead of processing with additives and enzymes. Then add coconut blossom sap and a littleunrefined sea salt to produce a naturally salty, slightly sweet sauce.
