(1) Immediate shop self collection available after your online purchase.

(2) Walk in customers are mostly welcomed.

(3) Do approach the staff indicating "Self Collection from Qoo10" and get ready your order or cart number for the staff to check and prepare your orders.

(4) You'll be asked to login to your account to click confirm delivery using our iPad.

Upon self collection, do kindly double check your purchased item are collected correctly before leaving the store.
