As a dietary supplement, for intensive use 3 day regimen:
Day 1: 4 servings (12 capsules) spread throughout the day
Day 2: 3 servings (9 capsules) spread throughout the day.
Day 3: 2 servings (6 capsules) spread throughout the day.

For long term use, as a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (3 capsules) 1-2 times spread throughout the day. May be taken with water or food.
