The Baltimore BB-5 bass features a contoured solid piece of alder to support greater string tension which gives the bass a meaty tone. The thick one piece maple neck gives it a vintage bass feel and is easy to play. The electronics consist of split-coil hum-canceling pickups and tone and volume controls. A die cast bridge with individual saddles is used to dial in your sound. The quality machine heads are modeled after vintage elephant ear tuners and are built to stay in tune. This bass is constructed beautifully with solid woods and high quality parts, and it costs much less than other comparable quality instruments.
