The coating has no PFOAs and is 100% lead-free. Each Pensofal pan features a stainless steel plate bonded to the outside surface of the aluminum bottom which promotes even heat distribution across the pan's bottom and makes the pan suitable for all cooking applications including electric, gas, and induction. The BioCeramix coating is applied to both the inside and the outside of each pan making cleanup easy. The pan is dishwasher safe. This saucepan features double Bakelite handles on either side of the pan that are designed for comfort with a soft touch treatment for a safer grip. The handles are heat resistant up to 700 degrees fahrenheit.
