Payment methods
The listed payment methods are available for making purchases through Qoo10
1) Credit Card: Card payments are processed electronically. MasterCard, Visa, and JCB card payments are accepted at Singapore Qoo10 site.
2) PayPal: If you already have a paypal account, this option can be selected for purchasing.
3) PayLah: This is personal mobile wallet which allows customer to perform funds transfer via a mobile number. To use PayLah payment service, PayLah app should be installed on personal mobile.
4) E-nets (Real time bank transfer via I-Banking): This method is only available for customers that has a I-Banking account. Available Bank you can transfer from (DBS/POSB/UOB/Citi Bank). To learn more about e-Nets, Click here.
5) AXS: Visit the nearest AXS machine station and login with your Qoo10 ID & password to select menu for payment to Qoo10.
6) 7-Eleven (Convenience store cash payment): A barcode will be provided when this method is chosen. Go to the nearest 7-Eleven store to scan the barcode and make the payment. For 7-Eleven payments it might take 48 hours for cash processing. *Keep the payment receipt for reference.
7) Bill Payment: For customers that have a DBS or POSB account or credit card, select Qoo10 name to continue for payment. Make sure to check that the corporation code and company name (Qoo10) listed is matching. The corporation code might be different depending on the bank channel, if it shows up under name other than Qoo10, do not proceed for payment.
8) Direct Cash Deposit: This process is done by ATM cash deposit or I-Banking to our Qoo10 DBS account. (Qoo10 protects your payment by Escrow service till trade complete.) *Keep the payment receipt for reference.
9) Q-money: Check that you have equal or more than the payment amount for this payment method. The available balance will be shown by [Net amount] in the payment information screen.
If no payment is being made after 48 hours of clicking the order button we will be cancelling your order. If you have any problem for not being to make payment before 48 hours of expiry time please do contact us.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched either on the same day or next business day after payment is received (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) Whilst we do everything we can to dispatch your items on time, we have no control over the couriers delivery times and must place our trust in their promise to deliver.
We offer Both Singpost Normal Postage and Registered Postage. Registered Postage comes with tracking number (Highly recommended)
For Normal Postage we wont be held responsible if a Lost Parcel occurs, Use this mail only at your own risk.
All shipping and handling charges are stated in shipping and payment tab above. Please verify the charges for each items cost before contacting us.
- Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.
- We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by buyer. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered in Qoo10 are not in your full refund or replacement policy

Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for an exchange, replacement, or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return restrictions are detailed below.
For faulty and damaged product, we will be issuing you a new replacement/refund after you provide an evidential picture to our customer service within 14 days starting from the date of purchase (shipping & reshipment fee will be covered by us).
We are very serious against false claims. Any attempts with intend to manipulate our system will result in the appropriate repercussions.
For item with no issue but you requested a refund/exchange will not be entertained. No refund or replacement will be given for lost goods via Singapore Normal Mail.
Once order is confirmed and sent, no cancellation is allowed.
Seller reserve the rights to cancel any transections that may be deemed fraudulent or paid for illegally.
Seller also reserve the rights to cancel any transaction for inventory error and money will be refunded to the buyer.
Guideline when posting back the item to us
-Drop us an Email regarding product issue.
-When returning an item (Include your name and order number)
-Payment/refund for bank transfer will only be accepted with UOB,DBS,OCBC
-Please DO NOT post out the damaged item back to us until you received an approved email by us.
When the item is approved, please do remember that the item must be shipped out within 7 days or your return might be invalid.
