Products sold are not refundable/exchangeable as all products are carefully checked for quality assurance before dispatched. 
Items with manufacturer’s defects must be returned in original packaging within 7 days from date of receipt. This can be exchanged for a similar value item. This refund will be done in accordance with the original payment mode, to be credited back to your PayPal account or bank account.
