Exchange Policy

All goods sold are final and non-refundable but we accept exchange (only if damaged) with any items of the same value or less. Items must Return within 14 days.

Items of higher value will require top-up via Bank Transfer. 

 

**Delivery Time** 

Please note that delivery time for Normal Mail is 3 to 7 working days, Registered Mail is 2 to 4 working days.
