Before I found this product I was not always able to give it my all when training. BCAA powder is truly amazing. I no longer have muscle soreness and pains after work outs which allows me to work out for longer periods without feeling exhausted, beat down and drained. I am much more toned and definitely much stronger. BCAA works in way that they sustain muscle integrity, so the next day or two i feel as fresh and ready for my workout as if i had rested for a few days. This is a great way to build muscle fast.
