* For all shipments

- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost for non-registered mails and we strongly encourage customers to choose the registered mail mode

-Shipping will take about 12-15 days to reach you and sometimes items can be delayed due to postal congestions during the holidays.  

EXCHANGE/RETURN

- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.

- We will not accept Exchange unless the paid item has major defect eg. Hole on item due to manufacturing fault, as all items are inspected before sending out

(***Color difference is unable to be avoided during on-line shopping due to different screen displaying. Exchange due to color difference will not be acceptable)

- We will make Refund only if paid item is out of stock once order is placed.

- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.

- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the unused & original condition.

* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging within THREE days after item received. (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)

* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
