If the differences of your cap size are too big, then you will need to change the accessories according to your requirement. For example, one cap is 15mm, another one is 25mm, then you will need to change the Silicone pad (four white pads showed in the pic). If one cap is 15mm, another one is 35mm, then you will need to change the aluminum head(two silver heads showed in the pic) and the silicone pad as well. This machine is only for 220 V, if you need 110 V, you need to buy a voltage transformer in addition.This tool is mainly used for the unscrewing and tightening of kinds of screw cap.
