Evaluators Detection

This is my second Burei watch, and like my first, I received this as a sample in exchange for an honest review. There are two big differences between this watch and the first one I received. Number one is the black dial, which gives a sleeker, sharper impression than my first watch with a white dial face. And number two is, this comes with a stainless steel metal bracelet instead of my preferred comfortable, adjustable leather band. When I opened the box and first saw this watch though, I was immediately struck by how sophisticated it looked. I wanted to wear it to work the next day, but the band was too big and would need adjusting. As it happened, I had two new Invicta watches with metal bands that needed adjusting as well, so I took the whole bunch to a local store to have them serviced. What follows is a true story.

I started with the most expensive Invicta. The technician looked at it, said we’ll take out five links, took them out, and I was fitted with a nice Invicta men’s chronograph with a black textured face and stainless steel band. Next came a two-toned metal Invicta that I think actually looks sharper than the first Invicta, being less bulky and more snappy looking because of the two tone coloring. It was adjusted and placed back in the box. Then I pulled out this Burei. The technician took one look at it and said, “Wow. What a nice looking watch!” Here’s a guy who looks at fine watches and jewelry all day long, just finished servicing two Invicta watches that cost ten times more than this one, but this one was the one that made him ooh and aah. Phenomenal.

Both my Burei watches have been standouts, whether at the watch shop, at work, or out on the town. This is a classy looking, inexpensive, perfectly functioning watch, more than worth a five star rating.
