1. Due to hygiene issues, strictly no exhcange for underwears. Please check size and color carefully before purchasing. In the event that a wrong item or colour has been sent, buyer may request for an exchange via email to: charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com with a photograph of the item upon receiving should buyer decided not to accept the item. *All items will be inspected carefully prior to posting out.

2. Buyer to bear the return postage fee if item is eligible for exchange. Upon receiving the wrong item sent, seller will proceed to mail out the original requested item. Should the original requested item been sold out, buyer could request for an alternative item with the same value.

3. Charming Princess undertakes to check and ensure that item is in good condition before sending out buyer's order.

4. All orders will be mailed out according to the address as shown in Qoo10's system. Request for change in address is not allowed once item has been sent.

5. No exchange/refund should the product is not in original condition i.e. has been worned, washed, stained, damaged or tag being removed.
6. No exchange after 7 days from the date of delivery.
