Order Processing Deadlines
All items are from our warehouse in USA.
If all items in your order are in stock at the our warehouse closest to you, orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern USA Monday to Friday,
except holidays. We need 2 business days to process your order before we ship it to you.

You can purchase mixed items from our store.
Items on Order
If an item is currently out of stock, the items description page will display the date we expect to receive the product back in stock.
If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder / back order shipping surcharge will apply. Availability dates for items on order
are estimates, and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Qoo10 systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays.
Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation
e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
The time frame for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.

Orders may be shipped with any of our preferred carriers: SF Express.
Shipping time: 4-10days, with out weekend and holiday.
We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly.
Return & Exchange
No exchange or return is because of simple mind change.
Such Return of exchang is ablsolutely allowed for the reason below.

We use the best representative carriers of the countries to forwards packages to international destinations.
For this shipping method, we set limits on quantity of products, Weight and maximum amount of the order.
You should check the limitation of import from the Office of Customs Administration in your country prior to placing an order.

First of all, heartburn has nothing to do with the heart. At the bottom of your esophagus there is a circular band of muscles, known as the lower esophageal sphincter, which acts as a valve to the stomach. The lower esophageal sphincter muscle (LES) allows food to enter the stomach and prevents stomach acids from coming back up into the esophagus. In some people the LES muscle doesn’t open and close properly. When stomach acid refluxes back into the esophagus it can cause a burning sensation in the chest. Since the esophagus doesn’t have the same protective lining as the stomach, the acid can irritate sensitive tissues, which causes the pain known as heartburn.

What foods can cause heartburn?
