How long do order(s) take to process?

We will mail out all order(s) within 3 working days. Currently our packing team post out parcels every working day.

* For postage not insured, we will not cover any for loss mail. (Strictly no refunds)
* For items that are insured, if singpost stated item as "delivered" , We will not cover for the loss.
