2. How SCOOTASTIC Electric Scooter work?
SCOOTASTIC evolves from manual kick scooter. High energy storage battery is integrated into brushless motor enabling new mode of transportation reborn. Motor's power can be increased or decresed by the use of a throttle.
3. What battery does SCOOTASTIC used?
SCOOTASTIC e-scooter uses rechargeable lithium ion phosphate battery with a lifespan of more than 1,000 cycles. The batteries have been designed with collaboration with SONY, PANASONIC, and SAMSUNG. They are world renowned battery suppliers. Our battery supports 1,800 recharge times. That is 3.8 times life expectancy and 2.9 times duration of any ordinary lithium batteries.
4. Is battery protected from over-charging current?
We installed Battery Management System (BMS). BMS is an electronic system that manages a rechargeable battery, such as by protecting the battery from operating outside its safe operating range, monitoring its state, calculating secondary data, reporting that data, controlling its environment, authenticating it and / or balancing it. This allows auto current cut-off when you forget to switch-off a charging battery.
5. What type of road condition SCOOTASTIC can be used?
The additional feature of oil pressured shock damper makes it a stable tiny machine. It can operates on any nu-even road surface such as forest terrain, dirt terrain, beach sands, grass lawn and concrete with broken pieces.
6. Is SCOOTASTIC safe to ride in rainy day?
All electronics are well protected with enclosure. You can ride it during light rainy days. We however do not encourage you to continue riding for heavy downpour rain condition.
7. Can I bring SOOTASTIC e-scooter into MRT train and public buses?
Yes. It is allowed to carry-in into train and buses. However you are advised not to ride in the train station.
8. What is the warranty detail of all SCOOTASTIC products?
This is the best part why you should buy from us. We provide 1 year FULL warranty coverage on battery and motor with just little cost on you! We have high confidence in all SCOOTASTIC products as they are carefully hand-picked and tested through our Safety Standard and Performance Guideline. We provide 7-days-no-question-asked-refund if ever after purchase of our product, you do not find it useful or un-necessary.
