Due to a change in the Australian Government's Security Policy, Telstra and Vodafone SIM Cards can only be activated AFTER you have passed the immigrations, via Online or Phone Call. Optus SIM Cards can be activated with a credit card before arrival as verification means. Customers who are facing issues with acitvation may contact us for manual activation on their behalf.
