Sauce Main Ingredient : Palm Oil, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Lemongrass, Chili Powder, Tumeric, Tumeric leaf, Galangal, Torch Ginger, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Tamarind and other seasonings.
Allergy advise: May contain traces of dried shrimp, candle nut and peanut

Cooking Ingredient:
- 1 package of Cheffaro Dried Curry (Rendang) Paste
- 700g of chicken cube (bite size)
- 100ml of fresh milk, evaporated milk or fresh milk

- Heat the dried curry paste at medium heat.
- Add 700g of cut chicken cube, stir well and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.
- Add in 100ml of just boiled water, stir well and cook for 20 minutes at medium heat. Stir every few minutes to prevent over burn. You may add more water if it is too dry.
- Add in 100 ml of fresh milk, low/full cream evaporated milk or fresh coconut milk and continue to cook another 3 minutes or longer until dry at low to medium heat.

Curry will taste better if you leave the curry in the pot with lid for a few hours before serve.

You need to increase the cooking time if you are using beef or mutton cube or prefer a softer meat texture. Please add more water to prevent over burn.
