I shall not be held responsible for items that got lost in mail if you choose the Non-Registered Mail option.  If it is due to wrong address entered into the system and when I receive the returned mail, I’ll contact the buyer for a redelivery, at the customer’s expense.

• All orders will be shipped out via SingPost Normal Mail/Registered mail in 1~2 working days:

• If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be informed and given full refund if you don’t wish to wait for restock.

• You have to bear the mailing charges for resend of items if it is returned to us due to:

• Wrong Address you have provided;
• Uncollected at PostOffice;
• Rejected by recipient.

• We will not be responsible for lost mail if you didn’t opt for registered mail.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If our produce just isn’t right for you or we sent a wrong item to you, you can request for a refund or exchange:

• You return to us within 7 days from the date of Purchase.
• Items must be returned in original condition.

Damaged item or Opened packaging will not be accepted. (Items should be New and unused.)

• Buyer will need to pay for the return costs, shipping fee will not be refunded.
• Exchange/Refund will only be processed upon receiving of returned items.
