Different materials are used for the bezel to create a two-layer structure that adds a new dimension of shock resistant. For models that use stainless steel in the upper part, shock absorbing resin is employed in the lower part. If resin is used in the upper part, the fine resin is used in the lower part to cushion against impact from the upper part. This also has made it possible create a wide range of different designs. The GST-W110D with a hard feeling and profound feeling of metal. By adopting the excellent light-blocking distributed solar panels to power generation efficiency, achieving a beautiful color. Fusing metal and resin, it is spread the variations of the toughness design "G Steel".
 
The GST-W110D-1AJF has silver bodies, stainless steel bands, and a dual-layer bezel with a black resin inner layer and a stainless steel outer layer. The GST-W110D features Tough Solar power and Multi-Band 6 timekeeping in addition to full shock resistance and 200-meter water resistance.
