Each Aloe Vera Gel soft gel contains 25 mg of Aloe Vera Concentrate (200:1) supplying the equivalent of 5000 mg (1 teaspoon) aloe vera gel. Only the fresh thick inner gel from the aloe vera leaf is freeze-dried to form the aloe-vera concentrate.
