STEP 1: PIPING SETUP

Turn off your water supply, use the provided ball valve & feed adpater tap into your water source and CONNECT tube hose TO INLET[BLUE], INPUT DOULTON HCP-R-TP HOUSING, OUTLET [GREY], OUTPUT to  your water dispenser.


STEP 2: TURN ON YOUR WATER SUPPLY.

Wait for filtered water to refill your reservoid tank and take out/flushing off 5-10 litres for first time use, until the filtered water is tasting good.


Note:

First time setup the water pH is up to 8.5, please keep flushing the water until you feel the taste is comfortable.

For first time setup, you need to press & hold the "HOT WATER TAP" & "SAFETY LOCK" button together to release the pressure and gas for 2-3 minutes, then the hot water will come out from the HOT TAP!

Congratulation!, once is done, you are ready to DRINK!.

1. How often i need to change the doulton biotect ultra filters.
Optimum performance 9-12 months, depedent your usage and water conditions. 

2. What is the filters cost?
Checkout the latest price online, or you may request yearly onsite filters replacement service.

3. Do you have after sale service and support?
Yes, after sale/service is chargeable per case basis. Please contact us.

4. Can i walk in to buy the water dispenser?
Nope, the product is ship direct from warehouse, no walk-in sale , we ship door to door to customers only.

5. Once i ordered, when i will receive my water dispenser?
It will take up 2 - 5 working days, for example: ordered on monday, estimate arrival, you'll receive it on wednesday/ thursday or friday. 

6. What happen if the water dispenser is broken or death of arrival?
No worries! Please whatsapp us at +65 8818 6634 /email to admin@lelong.sg, we will arrange and send a technician to come down onsite to investigate. 

7. Can i refund/exchange/cancel the order upon delivered, if i change of mind?
We only accept un-opened/un-used/original package for refund within 7 days, due to oversea shipment, the refund would be 50%. PLEASE CONTACT US @ admin@lelong.sg

Self-Installation, if you opted for self installation, you must clearly understand the setup procedures, before placing your order and WE shall not liable for any loss, malfunction or defect if installed by own-self due to not follow instructions or guideline stated here. - Failure to do so shall cause machine malfunction, overheat!/power trip).
