Below is my personal experience using this product:
I lived in HDB and my water pressure is on the low side. When I used this shower head to replace my old one, I was very surprised at how much the water pressure seem to increase. Using this shower head gives me a refreshing and relaxing bath which relaxes my tired muscles.  I did not even need to turn on the mains for its increased effect. I am sure there would be significant savings on water bill.
