Direction of Use:
Hot Application:
1. Remove the product from aluminum zip lock bag and heat in microwave or steamer.
2. Inhale aroma released from heated pack.
3. Place the heated pack on the desired part of the body.
4. To preserve longer life span of product, keep the product back in the aluminum zip lock bag after it has cool down.
Keep the product dry at all times, not to be washed.
Cold Application:
Place the herbal pack in to freezer for at least 3 hours
Put on the chilled pack on the desired part of the body.
To preserve longer life span of product, keep the product back in the aluminum zip lock bag.
Placed the pack in the freezer to chill for next use.
