Lean pork shoulder is dry-cured and then aged to develop the unique fennel taste. It is truly a spectacular addition to any pasta, pizza, or antipasto platter.

Domaine de Provence® Wild Boar Salami, 8 oz.
Domaine de Provence® Wild Boar Salami has a rich taste and a wonderfully balanced flavor. The meat is blended with sea salt, black peppercorns, and fresh garlic. Wrapped in an all natural pork casing and cured for 30 days. It works well as a snack and makes a unique addition to an antipasto platter. Try serving with Sancerre or Sauvignon Blanc.

This cheese is a unique “cheddar style” cheese that originated in Northern England. The recipe for Wensleydale was created by a group of monks that settled in England from Roquefort, France. Their original recipe for this cheese was blue-veined, but over the years the blue-veined version became less popular and the plain version studded with fruit has gained in status. Wensleydale is made using pasteurized cow’s milk and is aged for six months. The addition of the sweet cranberries works beautifully with the Wensleydale’s fresh acidity and crumbly texture, making for a unique taste experience.
