·         There is no tracking No. Item is not traceable. There is possible risk of lost mail.

·         Once we drop your parcel into the mail box, it will be beyond our control.

·         There is possible risk of lost mails due to various reasons:

v  Postman post to wrong address

v  Or your parcel too big to fit into your home letterbox

v  Or your home letterbox is full

v  Due to unforseen reasons if your parcel is unable to be delivered, postman will return it to the nearest post office and sometime they may forget to leave a delivery advice for you to collect parcel from Post Office this may end up as a lost mail. 

·         Seller mistakes:

v  Incorrect items sent

v  Defective items sent

v  Buyer parcel is returned to seller by postman

o   Keep items in original conditions(unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact)
