Terms and conditions
As friendly as we try to be, there are some terms and conditions that you have to be aware of . These are done not to dictate your preferences, but it is to protect both parties in any disputes.
These are:
  1. While care is taken errors in item details are unintentional. Refund is only applicable if the product is not as described.
  2. Refunds will be processed only when the item is returned, or when we receive a tracking number.
  3. The Manufacturer warranty for electrical products is 2 years – please keep the proof of purchase (receipt) and the warranty card.
    For non-electrical product – no manufacturer warranty.

    However, these are void if the following occurs:

      - Installation errors (Short –circuits, Mishandling)
      - Misuse or abuse
      - Water damage
      - Accidental or intentional damage the product
  4. Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind.
    Please note: Proof of purchase & item must be sent back in its original box complete together with the accompanying accessories and free merchandise – your receipt is required for any repair or exchange. We have the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair or exchange.
    The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
  5. Please ensure that item you selected is as per your requirement as all sales are final and non – refundable.
