The taste was sweet like a desert bar and had a great texture with specs of crunch. This was a great change from normal chewy bars. I had one prior to working out and while running errands. The flavor seems to be more similar to a strawberry cream than a strawberry cheesecake for the one that I tried. I'm usually a big sweets/dessert person so I treat them as an after dinner dessert. The texture is smooth and you don't get that chalky taste as with other bars. With 22g of protein, 7g of fat, and 24g of carbs this makes for a pretty complete protein bar. Makes for a great post gym protein bar or mid meal snack. Would highly recommend.
