Olive Farm Wines is a boutique producer, selling most of our wines exclusively from cellar door. 2015 Autumn Cabernet (Sweet/Chilled) Colour: Dark cherry with violet tints. Nose: Blackcurrant cordial, plum, red fruits. Palate: Red currant, dried orange, spicy finish. Drink: Chilled, drinking well now and for up to 2 years. The Autumn Cabernet is a popular wine and a is a good introduction for those that do not drink red. The grapes are picked when the sugars are intensified in the fruit producing a sweet style red. Sweet herbaceous aromas lead to jammy notes on the palate. best served chilled
