Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule twice daily. If needed increase to 3-4 times per day.

Vegetable capsule contains hypromellose and purified water.
Warnings
Caution: Fenugreek should not be used during pregnancy. Some individuals may experience occasional loose stools. In rare occasions individuals allergic to peanuts or other legumes may experience allergic / asthma symptoms. Fenugreek may reduce blood sugar level; diabetic or hypoglycemic mothers should not consult with a physician prior to use. Consult your physician if other medications are taken with this product. There are no known side effects for nursing babies.
