Application The 4 x 6 Archive 900 Kit provides archival safe storage for your 4 x 6 photographs by utilizing 25 Archive Envelopes (which hold up to 36 prints each) to effectively organize your collection. Each kit has the capacity to store 900 prints. Additionally, if you have 35 mm negatives (strips of four frames) each envelope has a separate pocket to store them. Archival Methods Side Lock Film Sleeves can be used to add another level of protection for your negative. (The sleeves would need to be trimmed to fit inside the envelope, since they are designed to hold strips of 6 negatives.) The exterior of the envelope provided plenty of space to record and document information about photographs such as dates, people and places. This is also a great place to note and cross reference additional storage locations such as digital files and/or cloud storage information. All-Purpose Index Cards are included for additional organization
