Installation method:

Clean the wall
Make the metope dry.
Press the suction cup to metope tightly till no air within it， and button the switch
Remove method:

Counterclockwise 60° rotate the handle.
Gently pull up the suction cup， let air into and slowly pull off.
Do not use sharp objects to remove， in order to avoid affect use.
Use for long time or install in cold winter， you can soften the suction cup then reinstalling:

Method 1: Blow the suction cup with belower in HOT AIR， make it softening.
Method 2: Put the suction cup into the hot water about 60℃， take out after 10 minutes.
