Our Annie photo locket dog tag was named for a woman who embodies strength and courage. A simple and strong statement, the dog tag locket is made to remember the first female recipient of the Purple Heart medal for bravery in 1942. First Lieutenant Annie Fox was the Chief Nurse in the Army Nurse Corps during Pearl Harbor on December 7th 1941. Women hold the world together whether it's serving our country or by keeping the homefires lit and the family close while their loved ones serve. In their honor, we have created the Annie locket, and are proud to support The American Fallen Soldiers Project. Annie's selfless nature is something that we can all aspire to find in ourselves. Perhaps you already know someone like that. Includes sterling silver dog tag locket pendant with white topaz and sterling silver chain. Locket measures 29mm x 13.5mm. Available in chain lengths from 18" to 36". Our 18" through 34" necklace chains come standard with a 2" jump ring which may be used to shorten the chain by 2" and allows two length options.
