PHARMAFIX® is made of non-woven fabric, with polyester material and coated with hypoallergenic adhesive for a quick release of the cover paper. It is primarily used for secure fixation and dressing retention. PHARMAFIX® covers the entire dressing in order to reduce the risk of contamination. PHARMAFIX® is conformable thus allowing joints to be dressed without constraining movement. It can be cut to a desirable size. PHARMAFIX® is permeable in order to reduce the risk of maceration. PHARMAFIX is indicated for: Retention of post-operative wound dressings. Retention of gauzes and absorbent pads.
