The Rialto Flapper works with the following Kohler models: Cabernet (3401, 3408), Fables & Flowers (14289, 14290-TL), Laureate (14291), Palarre (3383), Pillow Talk (3378), Prairie Flowers (14290-WF), Rialto (3402), Rochelle (3385), Rosario (3434), San Martine (3435), San Miguel (3406), and San Raphael (3395, 3397). Flapper not compatible with 2-piece toilets. Made of flexible rubber for a tight seal and easy to install, the 2010 includes: (1) Flapper and (1) Stainless Steel Chain.
