NON-REGISTERED MAIL:

• Tracking will not be available for this option. We will not be held responsible for lost parcel via this delivery method. 

NOTE: NO REPLACEMENT WOULD BE SENT!

 

REGISTERED MAIL:

• Packages ordered via this option will incur an additional charges of $3.50. A registered article no will be provided for tracking of parcels via Singpost website

• Customers are highly encouraged to choose this option as it ensures delivery to the addressed party / nearest Singpost office

 

SELF-COLLECTION:

• Self-collection option is only available at LAVENDER MRT 

• Email us at blessinzs@yahoo.com.sg to make arrangement for meet up

 

GOODS DELIVERY:

• Delivery time is between 4 to 6 working days after receiving your payment. Working days do not include Sat, Sun, & Public Holidays.

• Back order/ Pre-order will be dispatched within 10-14 days after receiving your payment

 

DISCLAIMERS:

• Once an order is processed, no cancellation is allowed

• Should we receive a return mail due to wrong keyed in address by the buyer, the re-sending of the items would be at buyer’s expenses

• The colour of the actual products might have a slight differences due to lighting effects and resolution

*No refund / exchange shall be made after purchase

• Please rest assured that 90% of the photos are similar to the real products
