Directions
For Urgent and Immediate Use: Take one cup of tea 3-4 times daily (for liver-gall bladder support) & 6-8 times daily (for kidney-bladder) on an empty stomach for up to 1 month or as directed by your health care practitioner. For Maintenance: Take one cup of tea once or twice daily on an empty stomach 5 or 6 days a week. TO PREPARE: Add 4 level teaspoons to 5 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat to a low boil for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 cups of pleasant tasting and healthful tea. Serve hot of cold. Store in refrigerator in a glass container with a lid for up to a week.
