FAQ

What is the best size for me?

Depending on how/where you like to wear your belt; measure waist or hips where you like to wear your belts and the measurement should stay around 2" below the Max Stretch Circumference. To ensure the most comfortable fit, choose the size appropriate to how you prefer to wear the belt. If you prefer it to wrap snuggly around your waist go smaller, your hips - go bigger.

I ordered the wrong size, can I have an exchange?

For hygenine purpose, we do not do exchange. We understand that nobody like to have an item that was used or opened by somebody else, hence, refund policies are strictly restricted to wrong items recieved cases. If we accept one opened and exchanged item, we can no longer ensure that the item you recieved is totally new. We want to maintain a high level of quality.

If you are not sure about your size, you can post an inquiry to us before your purchase. Let us know what is the type of phone you are using and what is waist size, plus how do you prefer to wear the belt (at the waist or at the hips) . We are HERE TO HELP.

Why are there 2 different broadness?

The normal belt will fit all phones comfortably with the exception of the Note 2. We strongly recommend SAMSUNG Note users to buy the broader version as the maxi stretch is about 4.7 inch. We've had customers say it will fit, but it will be a snug fit. Also, we've had customers that actually fit a small waterbottle in.
Looking back, the difference between this sports belt and other sports pouch is the comfort of not having your items bouncing around. The material is soft and body hugging, hence over loading it will likely cause discomfort.

The cases that have rubber on them will stick to the fabric so we recommend if you use a rubber case to put your phone in a zip lock bag and it should slide in fine.

Is TeeKing Sports Belt Water Resistant?

Yes. It is a quick dry, wicking fabric so perspiration will bead off of the belt. It is recommended that to take extra precaution for electronics equipment as with any other sports belt.

Can I put coins, keys, access card in my belt?

Yes, if worn properly, all the items should be secured. If you feel that your items are always shifting around in the belt, then you can consider moving it towards your hips. Thus, always rememeber to get the right size - The keyword is COMFORT.

My coins and phones tends to slide out from the pockets, it that normal?
Defintely NOT. You are probably wearing it wrong way. The belt has 4 opening slots for you to put in your stuff. (Logo facing out). Once you have put in all your items, happy with their postion, you need to flip the whole belt (logo facing in), the pockets should be towards your abs, the pocket openings are all concealed. In fact, Teeking belt makes an excellent travel money wallet to stash your money and make it almost impossible for pickpocket to strike.

How do I wear it and take it off ?

Teeking is designed to snug fitting. It is made of soft Spandex-Lycra Polyester (Similar material as most sports tights). To wear it, you can wear it from your head or step through.

P.S : Note Regarding Non-Registered Mail

As we are using Singapore Post for the delivery of all our mails, we are not able to gurantee that everything will be 100% smooth sailing. In the event that you do not recieve your mail, please do not hesitate and let us know so that we can check with our fufilment center and try to resolve your issue.

*Some of the commonly known feedback of 'missing packages' usually tends to occur at landed address.
Our the local postman feedback that landed mailboxes comes in all sort of shapes and sizes and some do not have the complicated lock system like condos or HDB. As our packages will vary in size, they might not fit all mailboxes.

*Sending your order to common office address do encounter problems or missing mails as well. It could have been mistakenly sent to the wrong department or it could be taken home by mistake.

The usual practise of the post man will be to hand deliver or leave a collection note for the recieptant.
