Ordering & Refund Policies
- Please ask all questions before making payment. All sales are finalised once shipped. No refund request will be entertained due to buyer's failure to clarify doubts.
- To enjoy one shipping charge when ordering multiple items from different listings, please add items to cart first beforechecking out the entire cart.
- No refund request will be entertained for the following situations:
- Lost or delayed mails by Singpost (Please opt for COP or registered mail or courier)
- Electronic items that buyer did not request for testing first.
- Damaged electronic items via Singpost (We will resend a new one for you via courier - to top up $6.00 via bank transfer)
- Exchange request will be approved for the following situations:
- Out of stock items for more than one month
- Wrong items mailed by us (e.g. order placed for A but we mail C item)

• Freedomz Mall Delivery --> Only for Tampines / Pasir Ris / Punggol --> Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
