So， Mr. Schooley began to take request for his creation. With an entrepreneur spirit， Marvin Schooley applied for his first patent and formed an ice tackle business namedSchooley Ice Tackle. During the 1960's Mr. Schooley made improvements to his Spring Bobber Pole and developed more ice fishing tackle for his clientele. These years mark the birth of several new products.
