Our Experience
We are real gymrats. We would never recommend anything that we aren't using. The Lifting Belt has been instrumental in our quest for PRs.
Why Use a Lifting Belt?
1) Belts Stabilise and Reduce Stress on the Spine
Studies confirmed that belts increase Intra-Abdominal Pressure by 40%. This pressure acts to stablise the spine, and reduce the stress it receives when you are lifting heavy.
2) Belts Create Better Body Mechanics
Research shows that wearing a belt reduces spinal flexion, spinal extension, and lateral flexion of the spine. In layman's terms, it forces you to lift from your leg instead of your back. This is the exact biomechanics you want when pushing hard during your Squats and Deadlifts.
3) Belts Enhance Performance
Belts help to improve Power, Strength, and Muscle Growth. Just take a look at any Strongman or Powerlifting competition. You will be hard-pressed to find a competitor without one.
Why Buy Our Belt?
We have tried belts ranging from $20 el cheapo ones to top end $300 belts. We find that this particular belt hits the Price-Performance Sweet Spot, as with most of our products. Full-sized 4" belt, with 1cm of thickness, at a price that doesn't break the bank. Feel free to contact us @ 97637262 for a quick viewing/testing.
